Pro-MotionR is PMD's free WindowsR-based prototyping software, that speeds setup, tuning, and testing of Magellan-based motion control systems. The step-by-step axis wizard lets designers quickly and easily tune the motors manually or automatically. Once the motors are tuned, Pro-Motion can be used to exercise the motors in the system without the need to create an application program. For a more detailed view of the actual motion, Pro-Motion takes advantage of Magellan's real-time capture capability to generate high resolution oscilloscope displays.
